Buck has been the Director of instruction at Escondido Golf and Lake club since 2010 and has been recognized by PING as a TOP 100 Club Fitter and by Golf Digest & GOLF Magazine as a "Best in State" Golf Instructor.
Previous partnerships and current relationships, include Matt 3-D, Motion Golf, Gears, and Trackman evaluations with PGA tour players and Rotex motion. His teaching career was assisted by some of the greatest teachers in the game, including Harvey Penick, Jim Flick, BobToski, Manuel, De La Torre, Jackson Bradley, and many others. This compilation has provided extensive education and certifications for over 60,000 lessons over the course of his career.
Buck is a golf coach who enjoys working with golfers of all levels, from beginner to tour players. His teaching style combines traditional with scientific based methods. “I have concluded after over 40 years of teaching, the best coaching formula is totally based around the needs of the student. There is no one-size-fits-all in golf. My objective is to simplify the understanding of what will help you become the best golfer you can be. This may include club, fitting, mental game training, the short game, or full swing, and most importantly, on course play. I am devoted to helping my students get better, and have more fun“.
